Initial fee – Upon first order

Your first order includes an initiation fee that covers all the administrative steps needed to register your product in the EU Cosmetics Product Registration Network (CPNP). This ensures that your product meets all regulatory requirements and can be safely and legally sold in Europe.

The starting fee includes:
- Company-specific label information and processing of INCI lists
- Product-specific documentation and registration in the CPNP system
- Administrative preparations and communication with authorities

This fee is only charged once per product group (e.g. beard oil, nail oil). In the future, you can order the same product without a separate initiation fee.
